MEET THE TEAM
I love making exercise both fun and results-driven and enjoy watching my clients get stronger, fitter and reach their body/health goals. I'm passionate about the healing of a wholefood plant-based diet and love creating recipes anyone can fit into their daily diet.
Besides from being a Personal Trainer, I love sharing my passion for fun functional strength training and plant-based nutrition with other up and coming personal trainers. I believe strength training can be a great vehicle for helping empower others to be stronger and more resilient in their everyday lives.

Hi my name is Rachel and I am passionate about fitness and wellbeing. I love running, swimming and high intensity interval training. My interest in fitness began when I started to notice the positive changes it created in my physical health and mental wellbeing and I want to share this feeling with others.
I completed my Personal Training course with the goal of assisting people to make a positive change in their lives so they can inspire the people around them to do the same. I want to help people create a long term healthy lifestyle by helping them to make small but positive changes each week and enjoy each day knowing they are making progress on their goals. I believe no matter what background you come from there is a way to make functional training and plant based nutrition fun, appealing and beneficial to you.

Growing up in New Zealand, Trudy developed a passion for movement and training. After completing her degree in Physical Education at Otago, she spent some time traveling and found herself based in Dubai. For almost ten years she ran her own fitness business, working with and training the beautiful women of the Middle East.
Trudy is passionate about seeing people achieve their fitness goals and particularly enjoys coaching in group settings. In 2007 she began teaching Les Mills RPM and Body Pump. This lead to a passion for cycling and triathlon, and onto complete the challenge of racing an ironman at Roth in 2012. In 2013 she found crossfit and was fortunate enough to attend the Asia regionals with a team, taking second place in the region in 2014. Since then she has gone on to coach as part of the crossfit weightlifting SME staff in various locations around the world. She is now based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
"My journey centres around transforming peoples lives through teaching them how to love, heal and rebuild their body by taking control of their lifestyles through fitness and training. Its so cliché but I love seeing people achieve things they never thought they could do, its so rewarding and I couldn't think of anything I'd rather do with my time. I hope I've inspired you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new! You're worth it".
